A Sewing Room Set-back
Recently, on Memorial Day (let's just pretend that was recently), I had a big sewing room set back. My basement sewing studio got flooded with raw sewage. It is hard to describe how dis-heartening this was, and has been. That day, my husband and I spend five hour in rain boots, gloves, and masks dealing with the worst of it. Deciding what could be saved; What was a loss; Then Shop Vacuuming up gallons and gallons of gross water. To say the least, it has been a crazy summer, which is why you haven't been hearing that much from me. I hope to soon be back to my regular schedule, and I will sharing the Sewing Room rebuild with you. I'm so excited to be back in my regular space. In the mean time, you might be interested in.
