Discover Your Creativity: Start Sewing & Quilting Today

Hey there!

New Year and new crafting toys to play with. Weather you are ready to learn to Sew, Quilt, or Cricut I got the class for you.

Did you, or a friend, get a sewing machine for Christmas?
Or maybe even the Christmas before last?
Is it still in the box in the back of your closet?

If yes, then you are ready for Zero-to-Sew: Completely Clueless to Absolutely Fearless! Zero-to-Sew walks you through every step. Nothing is left out, so you never feel left behind.

When people learn that I sew, they often tell me about how they got a sewing machine years ago, but it’s still in the box - they were scared to figure out how to use it. Or sometimes they tried and got frustrated.

That’s why I’ve designed my course “Zero to Sew” - to help you get your sewing machine out of the box, learn how its features work, and learn critical sewing skills you can take forward into your future projects.

The course starts at the very beginning and does not require any existing sewing knowledge - everything’s broken up into small pieces so you can learn a little bit each day. By the time you’re done, you’ll have made 4 projects and gained comfort with the care and use of your sewing machine, no matter the brand or style.

You got that sewing machine because you wanted to learn to sew. So let's do it!

If you already know how to sew, but want to learn to quilt?

Consider one of my quilting classes. Quick Start Quilting or Cricut Quilting 101

Welcome to Quilting (Without the Intimidation, Tears, or Quilt Police)

Ever admired a quilt and thought, “I could never do that”—then immediately followed it with “also, why does everyone use so many weird words?”
Friend, this class is for you. 😄

This beginner-friendly quilting course is designed to gently (and cheerfully) walk you through the basics of quilting, one small, confidence-boosting project at a time. No overwhelm. No pressure to make a king-size masterpiece on Day One. Just clear instruction, cozy creativity, and a few laughs along the way.

What You’ll Learn (a.k.a. The Good Stuff)

In this class, you’ll learn:

  • What quilting supplies you actually need (and what can wait)
  • How to cut fabric accurately (without holding your breath)
  • How to sew pieces together so they behave
  • How quilting works from start to finish

And most importantly—you’ll finish projects. Real ones. Not “someday” ones

Circut Quilting 101 also covers all of that plus how to use your cutting machine to assist with fabric cutting. Whether you're new to quilting or looking to enhance your skills using your Cricut, Cricut Quilting 101 course is the perfect starting point! Designed specifically for confident beginners who have finished at least one Cricut projects. I'll guide you through quilting basics while harnessing the power of your Cricut machine.

It’s time to get that machine out of that box and into your life! These classes so makes a great gifts.

Hi, Reader! Something NO ONE tells you about crafting with a Cricut machine is the technical side of things. And if you do not have naturally strong skills with a computer (and even if you do), learning your Cricut machine can seem overwhelming and even down-right impossible when you are new to it or just trying to level up. BUT don't give up because I have something that will help you learn how to overcome that overwhelm and start to craft confidently with your Cricut machine. I'm so excited...

Hi, Reader! I just released my Year in Review Video, and I’d love for you to watch it. This is one of those videos you can put on while you’re doing something else. Fold laundry. Work on a project. Tidy your sewing table. I’ll hang out with you and talk through what I made, researched, explored, and obsessed over this year — a creative body double, whenever you need one. It’s a look back at a year that was equal parts chaos and creativity: Embroidered Santa overalls (yes, Santa rides a...

Hi, Reader! Spooky season is upon us! The skeletons are emerging from storage, the ghosts are being hung on the trees, and tombstones are littering the yards. Fall is coming! Though it was 87 yesterday, so maybe not quite yet.As the pumpkin spice starts to flow, so do the Halloween costume ideas. I wish I could say that my kids' costumes come first, but I'm normally working on them at the 11th hour. Plus, they often change their minds. That early September idea is nowhere in sight by early...
